i live in calgary, and the new ipods dont work well at 10,000 feet and dont work at -20 degrees C, and guess where calgary is?!?
I agree that getting outdated hardware every year does suck… but on the other comment:
They lowered prices, made them better, and obviously they want you to crave it more…. why else would you buy it ???

The Shake to Shuffle feature won’t work while running or jogging. It has intelligence so it understands when you are working out. Also you can turn on the hold switch so it will never shuffle.
I think if you put the hold switch on it will stop it.
